M.R.S. was founded in 1985 to provide a high quality repair and maintenance service to customers with woodworking and metalworking machine tools. Over the years our operations have expanded to include hundreds of makes and models of machines, including lathes, woodturners, milling machines, bandsaws, circular saws, panel saws, grinders, jigsaws, etc., etc..
Since 1997 we have also been heavily involved in carrying out annual health & safety inspections to machinery and workshops in both schools and commercial premises. Our knowledge of the relevant British Standards and Health & Safety Commission requirements is second to none, and our inspection reports clearly tell a customer whether the appropriate standards and regulations are being complied with.
We also offer a wide range of associated services, including electrical installation work, PAT testing, machine and workshop relocation, and dust extraction.
All our work is carried out on site by our teams of well trained Field Service Technicians, offering a multi-skilled approach to include mechanical engineering, electrical installation, and health & safety inspection skills.
